Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Be in its original condition with all tags attached
- Not be altered or modified in any way
- Not be worn or used

How to Request a Return
To start the return process, please contact us at support@deraso.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will respond to your email within 1–2 business days with further instructions. Please ensure you provide all necessary details to avoid any delays in processing your return.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method through Shopify Payments. Please note that bank processing times may vary, and it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@deraso.shop and we'll guide you through the exchange process. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item is no longer in stock.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. For orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item. Please keep a record of your return tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or misdelivered returns.
